When are you open?

We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm CST.

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

We do not have a brick and mortar location at this time, but we hope to one day in the near future. 

Currently, we are running as a cottage food business. Therefore, you can place an order for pick-up or delivery or have an order shipped through our website. The details regarding how these options work are below. 

When will my order be shipped?

Our cookies are baked fresh each Monday and shipped out Monday or Tuesday to ensure optimal freshness. Therefore, orders placed any day of the week will be shipped out the following Monday, this includes orders placed on Mondays. Essentially, if you place an order on a Monday, it will not get shipped out until the following Monday.  

When will my order arrive?

Depending on where you're located and what shipping option you choose at checkout, it will take one to four business days to get to you once the order has been shipped. 

How does local pick-up work?

All you have to do is select pick-up at checkout. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive notification (either via your email or phone number depending on what you provided at checkout). Generally, you can expect your order to be ready in the next 2 to 4 business days. Once you have received the message letting you know that your order is ready, you are welcome to pick your order up anytime from Tuesday to Friday starting at 9am and ending at 5pm. Our pick-up location is located at 4600 S Pinnacle Hills Pkwy, Apt. 302, Rogers, AR 72758. We are located in Uptown Terrace. Please text, call, or message us on Instagram to let us know that you have arrived, and we will bring out your order. 

How does local delivery work? 

You will select "ship" at checkout and fill in your shipping address. Once you hit next, if you live within our delivery radius, you will then be able to select local delivery at checkout. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be fulfilled and dispatched. We deliver orders Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Due to COVID-19, we will ring your doorbell/knock but leave all packages at your doorstep. 

How long are the cookies good for? 

We recommend eating your cookies within the week that they arrive. Like any other baked good, for best taste and texture, you will want to eat it within a few days. 

Can you reheat the cookies?

Yes! And we recommend it! You can either put them in the microwave for 5-10 seconds or place them in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes or so.   

Do your cookies contain gluten?

Our cookies are gluten free in that they are not made with any gluten containing ingredients.

However, we are not in a certified gluten free kitchen. 

Are your cookies allergen free?

No. Our cookies contain milk and eggs and, in some cases, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. Additionally, we make our cookies in a kitchen that processes allergens.

How big are your cookies?

Each cookie varies slightly in size and shape, but they hover right around 3oz each. 

Do you accept returns?

As we sell a perishable good, no orders will be accepted for a return. However, if your order arrives damaged, please use our contact page to get in touch. We will be happy to refund you.
